Drawing on local knowledge and years of expertise, we install a wide range of in-ground and free-standing pools and spas across both urban and rural areas servicing Hamilton, Tamahere, Flagstaff, Cambridge, Matamata, Te Kauwhata, Raglan, Kinloch and surrounding areas. Meet our Expert Team
John Patterson - John owned and operated his own plumbing and earthmoving business for over 25 years before joining the pool industry. His experience in these industries is a major asset to the business. His ability to work alongside engineers enables pools to be installed on challenging sites. John has installed Narellan Pools at resorts in Fiji and Rarotonga and he traveled to Dubai and Oman to train new Narellan Pools Franchisees on all aspects of pool construction. John loves operating excavators and often joins the install team onsite to help create amazing pools for clients.
Jacque Patterson - With a background in accounting and administration Jacque oversees the business. Jacque loves leading and supporting the team to provide amazing client experiences. Being extremely passionate about the pool industry Jacque sits on the board of Directors for SPASA (Spa and Pool Association) and is part of a pool consultancy group for Standards NZ. Jacque is proud to have been a recipient of the Narellan Pools Woman of the year award.
Sheena Thompson - Sheena loves to find out about your vision and start your journey with you. She will meet with you on site to discuss your pool project in detail and discuss logistics of making your dream come to life. With a number of years experience in the pool industry she brings a wealth of knowledge to assist you in selecting your pool and to make an informed choice on the best package for your needs. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, she is always looking for ways to provide the best experience for our clients. She has won the National Administrative Excellence Award in back to back years, once you've dealt with Sheena you will understand why. Sheena is always available to assist you with any support you may require during your pool journey and will be there for you right into the future.
Steven Borbugh - Steven is highly experienced in pool plumbing, heating and water chemistry. Steven will install your pool filtration equipment and will ensure the filtration functions seamlessly. Steven can also complete ongoing servicing or repairs of your pool equipment if required. He has a head full of information on pool chemistry and will get your pool perfectly balanced for handover.
Joshua Mahlonga - Joshua leads our installation crew with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. He is laser-focused on leveling and structural integrity. Joshua is the bridge between the design team and changing that from a plan on paper to a statement in your back yard.
Kelly Pilkington - Kelly is our accounts superstar! With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, Kelly is a vital part of our finance team. She ensures our client accounts are in order behind the scenes.
Cindy Edwards - Cindy will collate and submit your consent for your fencing and pool and take care of any correspondence relating to council. She is a wealth of knowledge and will communicate with you regarding the progress towards getting your consent approved. Once the pool is installed she is able to assist you with obtaining your code of compliance certificate.
