The install took just two days for our above ground pool and then the landscapers could get to work. When we first approached them last year and discussed our ideas the team were so easy to talk to and with the main requirement for it to be installed by Christmas before the new addition to our family arrived the team did not shy away. From the design phase to after service Tori has been amazing and always answering any questions my wife or I had no matter how simple or complicated they were. “Great to deal with”

Richard and the team at Narellan were great to deal with. The hole in our back yard was dug and pool sitting there within 3 days, which is extremely fast compared to other pool implementations I’d heard about. We had a tricky delivery down a narrow area down the side of the house (close to neighbours) but it was delivered without damage (apart from a small bit of sidewalk from the truck 😁).
Follow up care has been good with Richard being always available, even for a check in 3 years later, when the pool looks as good as new & is easy to look after. Love the lights options in the product too & the shelves and edges which are great for the kids.
