Richard and the team at Narellan were great to deal with. The hole in our back yard was dug and pool sitting there within 3 days, which is extremely fast compared to other pool implementations I’d heard about. We had a tricky delivery down a narrow area down the side of the house (close to neighbours) but it was delivered without damage (apart from a small bit of sidewalk from the truck 😁).
Follow up care has been good with Richard being always available, even for a check in 3 years later, when the pool looks as good as new & is easy to look after. Love the lights options in the product too & the shelves and edges which are great for the kids.
WARNING: CHILDREN MAY DROWN IN THIS POOL. To keep your family safe and prevent drowning, this pool requires a barrier to surround the entire pool, such as a 1.2m high fence. The barrier must comply with the Building Code and restrict unsupervised access by children under 5 years of age.
