So thankful we chose Narellan for our dream pool which was installed at the end of October. From the onset nothing was too much trouble. Every step of the process was clear and easy to follow. Our never ending questions were answered by Tori in such a patient, easy to understand, professional and lovely manner. There were no hidden extras lurking at any stage and the advice on logistics was totally invaluable. Richard, the owner, was always available throughout the consultation process and was also onsite for the installation, he monitored every aspect and was totally hands on. The after care has been second to none. We looked at many pool providers but Narellan West Auckland were without doubt the best choice.
