“Narellan installed our pool in January 2023, however the relationship starts much earlier than that with planning, consent, logistics and then the build cycle of the pool itself. It is obvious that the whole Narellan team pride themselves on customer satisfaction; and that does not stop when the contract is signed. From the outset, there is clear communication regarding the steps required to ensure a smooth project, along with timeline expectations and associated variables.
When it came to the installation, the team on the ground were exceptionally well-organised. Site preparation was efficient and orchestrated, the team knew what to look out for, and their experience certainly played a role in the smoothness of the operation. From dig-out, including an unforeseen need to geo-tech for ground water, through to starting to fill the pool, it all happened in one day. From there, it was a careful process of bringing up the water level along with backfilling the sides to maintain parallel walls.

After the install, the Narellan team continue to engage and support, something we found very valuable since this was our first-ever pool project. Understanding maintenance, safety and compliance, equipment operation and how to work the “smarts” is all part of the training that the team provide. And we have always felt that it is no problem to call with a question, Narellan are the experts after all.”
