During Christmas 2024, we contact 3 pool companies and Gregg at Narellan was the only one contacting us within 24 hours. We spoke to him at length and he was very knowledgable on the questions I had on what I expected from a pool. He was not pushy at any time, but patiently worked with us and assisted in the choice for the Astoria Pool which included the spa pool as well. The we met the installing team and Blair and his guys are fantastic. It was a very smooth operation from the start and the communication with us on what is happening next, was amazing. Anyone thinking of buying a pool, should only look at Narellan Pools South Auckland and they will be very happy and impressed with these guys. WARNING: CHILDREN MAY DROWN IN THIS POOL. To keep your family safe and prevent drowning, this pool requires a barrier to surround the entire pool, such as a 1.2m high fence. The barrier must comply with the Building Code and restrict unsupervised access by children under 5 years of age.
