Terms and Conditions

1. General

(a) These terms and conditions, together with the Narellan Pools privacy policy which is incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions (and is available at www. https://narellanpools.com.au/privacy-policy/) contain the entire understanding and agreement between Narellan Pools (NZ) Pty Limited (NZCN 1345642) of 138 Ellis Street, Frankton, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand (the Promoter) and clients of the promotion (each a Participant) in relation to the Narellan Pools Show Offer Promotion (the Promotion).

(b) By participating in the Promotion, the Participant is deemed to have accepted these Terms and the Narellan Pools Privacy Policy.

(c) To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

2. Promotion Period:

(a) The Promotion period applicable for orders placed after a Participant attended the 2026 New Zealand Pool Spa Life Expo (the Expo), with the Promotion commencing at 9:00am on 11 April 2026 and expiring at 5:00pm on 31 May 2026 (the Promotional Period).

(b) All times noted in these terms and conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter.

(c) In the event that the Expo is rescheduled, these terms and conditions will be updated to reflect the dates of the rescheduled Expo.

3. Promotion details:

(a) For each eligible Participant during the Promotional Period, the Promotion offers a free AstralPool ECOLite 16kw heat pump with Halo interface (RRP $6,705.97 including GST).

(b) An eligible “Participant” must meet the following criteria during the Promotional Period:

(i) attend the Narellan Pools stand at the Expo;

(ii) provide their contact details to a Narellan Pools representative to enter into the Narellan Pools CRM at the Expo;

(iii) reside in New Zealand;

(iv) enter into a contract to install a Narellan Pools pool with a Narellan Pools local pool builder;

(v) have their Narellan Pools pool installed before 31 December 2026;

(vi) purchase the following Fluidra products for their Narellan Pools pool from the Promoter or a Narellan Pools pool builder in their territory:

A. pump;

B. filter;

C. Halo chlorinator;

D. 2 x lights; and

E. Halo Lite controller.

(c) Participants must purchase full priced new pools only, including special builds. The purchase of blemish pools, kit pools or spas are not eligible for this Promotion.

(d) Participants acknowledge that the ECOLite 16kw heat pump and Halo interface may not be suitable for all pools. Participants who upgrade from the ECOLite 16kw heat pump and Halo interface to another Fluidra heat pump and interface, are entitled to receive a discount of $6,705.97 off the RRP and agree to pay the remaining balance.

(e) This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

(g) To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

(h) Employees of the Promoter, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Immediate family members include any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child, step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

(i) Only one offer per household will be permitted.

(j) The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of New Zealand.

4. Privacy:

(a) By entering into this Promotion, participants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter.

(b) The Promoter and its related entities collect entrants’ personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion.

(c) The Promoter will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://narellanpools.co.nz/privacy-policy/. You may request access or to update your personal information or lodge a complaint by writing to The Privacy Officer, Narellan Pools (NZ) Pty Limited (NZCN 1345642) of 138 Ellis Street, Frankton, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand.

5. General:

(a) The Promoter (subject to New Zealand legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Promotion if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration security, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion or if such a change is required to ensure the safety of the Promoter, its representatives and of Participants.

(b) Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter’s website is the Participant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

(c) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, as well as any other consumer protections under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other similar consumer protection laws in New Zealand (‘Non-Excludable Guarantees’).

(d) Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Participant; or (d) any failure by the Promotor to attend the Expo.
